Peter Keil is a German artist that focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. He painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a beautiful Miróvian style piece executed with acrylic on soft board. It is signed and dated “P. Keil ‘59” in the lower left corner. All this piece needs is a beautiful frame! It is in great condition with exception to a minor flaw as pictured. This piece was purchased by the Bowen family as a routine purchase from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter Keil and the Peter Keil Foundation.
